Somatic and Depth Psychology Oriented Psychotherapy. President of the assembly board of the Portuguese Association of Body Psychotherapy. Body Psychotherapy Professor for the Centro de Psicoterapia Somática Biointegrativa, in Lisbon.

Someone interested in the humanistic therapy, using all the available resources (images, breath work, movement, embodiment, meditations, art, dreams, ideas, speech, and all the possibilities for each single person) in order to get the full potential to heal, reconnect and find a healthier movement through life overall.

After several years working in corporate companies and many years studying deeper areas of human science, she managed to combine the knowledge from different areas in order to serve a better individual experience. From delivering masterclasses and training individuals to better understand Emotional Intelligence to all the scope in Mental health, helping companies to thrive and improve wellbeing at work.

Friendly and open minded, respects the complexity and beauty of the different views and experiences of the world, regardless of cultures, religious beliefs, political views, sexual orientation or sexual identity.

Works with a team of mental health practitioners, psychotherapists & psychiatrists, participating regularly in supervision & intervision groups.
