What can I expect during my first counselling session?

Introductions, goal setting, exploration of your concerns, and an overview of the therapy process. Your therapist will create a safe environment to address what brought you to therapy.

How do I book a session?

Click the Book Session button to access your therapist's neetoCal booking page. Choose an available slot and follow the instructions to confirm.

How do I pay my therapist?

Payment is made online via secure checkout through neetoCal when booking. Cancellations made 24hrs+ in advance receive a full refund. Same-day cancellations are charged in full.

Do I need to prepare for the session?

No specific preparation needed. It helps to reflect on what you want to discuss and come with an open mind. Your therapist will guide the session.

Can I receive a refund if I cancel a session?

Will the session be covered by my health insurance?

Depends on your insurance plan. Check with your provider and confirm with your therapist whether they support reimbursements. Sliding-scale fees are available for those without coverage.

Can I talk in my native language?
