Focuses on burnout, depression, various mental disorders, ADHD, dysfunctional relationships, and fibromyalgia.

Her calling is to assist you reconnect to your inner sensations, develop your perceptions, recognize your desires and feelings, and, with love, ownership and consistency, help you take ownership of yourself, understand your self-empowerment potential and strive for a holistic and integrated state of well-being encompassing physical, mental, and emotional health.

Promotes health through natural means and has a deep love for people and nature. Gets nourishment from body movement, engaging in the arts, dance and music.
