As you connect more with all aspects of yourself, transformation happens. For this, we need both the body and the mind.

I hold diplomas in Psychology and Law, and trained as a systemic supervisor and family therapist (HISW&SIT). I am accredited by EABP in somatic psychotherapy and by SIAF in Essence counselling. I am in ongoing training with the NARM Institute for developmental and complex (c-PTSD) trauma therapy.

My intention is to support you in maturing your containment and to find the answers to your questions inside - while we include inner child and inner critic work. You are also welcome to bring your spiritual questions or experiences into the sessions, as I have been meditating for decades and used to live close to spiritual teachers. I feel honoured by the mutual trust and courage to become more authentic and work through your problems.
