Ana Caeiro is a Clinical Psychologist at Sintricare (member of the Portuguese Psychologists’ Association) and a certified Body Psychotherapist by the EAP - European Association for Psychotherapy. She offers both online and in-person consultations in Sintra, working with adults.
Her academic background is diverse: she holds a degree in Geography (University of Lisbon, 2003), a degree in Psychology (Lusófona University, 2019), and a Master’s in Clinical and Health Psychology (Lusófona University, 2023). She also completed her training in Somatic Psychotherapy in Biosynthesis at the Somatic Psychotherapy Center (CPSB – Lisbon) where she was a teacher. In addition, she has invested in advanced training that complements and enriches her clinical work with individuals, couples, and personal development groups.
Passionate about writing, she is the author of the book A Vida não tem Mapa and previously wrote for the Biosynthesis Blog. The second book is on the works. She continues to share her reflections and insights through articles on her website, as well as by leading creative writing workshops and thematic workshops on personal development.
Her therapeutic approach integrates mind and body, working with thought, emotion, and action, always aiming to deepen her clients’ self-awareness and personal growth.
