Graduated in Clinical Psychology from Coimbra’s University, specialises in Dynamic Psychotherapy and Psychopathology - an approach that explores psychological forces that underlie human behaviour, feelings and emotions, and how they might be connected to early experiences.

Believes that a human being is multidimensional, and as such integrates various approaches in her practice, depending on what comes up during the flow of the therapeutic process.

Focuses on the relationship between conscious and subconscious, the approach that has its origins in Freud’s Psychoanalysis, Jung’s Analytical Psychology, among others.

Believes that being human is not something static, but dynamic: we change all the time, and we are not a category per se. We are what we eat, how we move, what we experience, our history, our environment.

In her practice, leads humans to rediscover their true essence, roots and soul under these layers.
