Somatic and Depth Psychology Oriented Psychotherapy at CPSB. Former member of the assembly board of the Portuguese Association of Body Psychotherapy (2021-2023). Coordinator of Psychology department for the Cabin Crew Portuguese Association (APTCA) leading a team of volunteers.

Degree in Management and Planning in Tourism, in Psychology, Post grad in Sexology (Transdisciplinary area) and specialisation in Psychogerontology.

Worked for 25 years as a Crew Member, which gave the expertise to deal with different people, cultures, sexual orientation and gender identities, regardless of religion or political beliefs allowing to open the mind towards different aspects of the human being.

15 years ago started a new journey, studying psychology and psychotherapy and never stopped so far. Conciliating Aviation and Psychology for 12 years allowed to have a better understanding of a human being, specifically concerning mental health. Nowadays, fully dedicated to Psychotherapy and happy about this choice.

I perceived myself as having a broad vision of the human being in all their dimensions, mainly due to my life journey, allowing me to go deeper into therapeutic alliance with an integrative approach.

Working with a team of mental health practitioners, psychotherapists & psychiatrists, participating regularly in supervision & intervision groups.
